Role Overview: You will be joining our team as a Holiday Consultant, responsible for selling customized holiday packages with a specific focus on Asia and European destinations. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service, personalized holiday planning, and ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Sell tailored holiday packages to Asia and European destinations, catering to the unique preferences and needs of each client. - Handle both inbound and outbound inquiries, offering expert travel advice. - Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel desires and ensuring all expectations are met. - Provide comprehensive assistance throughout the entire process, from package selection to booking and post-sales support. - Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients. - Stay updated on the latest Asia and Europe travel trends, including destinations, accommodations, and activities. Qualification Required: - Minimum 1+ years of experience in selling Asia and Europe travel packages. - Proven track record of providing high-quality service to Indian clients. - Strong knowledge of Asia and European travel destinations, packages, and attractions. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage and sell travel experiences. - Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
