Job Description:
We are looking for a Travel Sales Executive with a strong dedication to sales and a passion for hospitality. Freshers with a keen interest in building a career in sales are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Interact with premium clients to understand their requirements.
• Build rapport with potential clients and understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop and present customized villa stay packages that cater to client desires and exceed expectations.
• Promote and sell a variety of staycation products and services.
• Handle customer escalations related to sales inquiries and bookings, resolving issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Utilize strong negotiation and convincing skills to secure sales and close deals.
• Manage and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and competitor analysis.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Freshers with a strong dedication to sales and hospitality are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
• A passion for travel and a genuine desire to help others create unforgettable experiences.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus.
