Job Title: Holiday Sales Executive Location : Mumbai Oshiwara. Job Description: We are looking for a Travel Sales Executive with a strong dedication to sales and a passion for hospitality. Freshers with a keen interest in building a career in sales are encouraged to apply. Roles & Responsibilities: Interact with premium clients to understand their requirements. Build rapport with potential clients and understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Handle customer escalations related to sales inquiries and bookings, resolving issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach. Utilize strong negotiation and convincing skills to secure sales and close deals. Manage and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty. Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and competitor analysis. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. Freshers with a strong dedication to sales and hospitality are welcome to apply. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively. A passion for travel and a genuine desire to help others create unforgettable experiences. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a drive to succeed. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus.
