Role Overview

Travel Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound PPC calls & outbound calls to international travel leads

• Sell flight tickets & travel packages (US/UK market)

• Provide best itinerary suggestions & accurate fare quotations

• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

• Upsell and cross-sell travel services (baggage, seat selection, insurance, hotel, etc.)

• Maintain strong product knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)

• Ensure high-quality customer service & issue resolution

• Follow compliance & company policies while handling customer data

• Achieve daily & monthly sales targets

• Maintain booking records & track customer follow-ups in CRM

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)

• Strong sales & negotiation skills

• Experience handling US/UK travel customers

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

• Good knowledge of international destinations, airlines & fare rules

• Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) mandatory

• Target-driven, persuasive & customer-focused    

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year experience in International Travel Sales (flight sales)

• Experience in PPC calls , Meta , Google Campaign calls handling preferred

• Comfortable with rotational shifts & rotational weekly off

• Ability to work night shifts (for US/UK market)
