Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Executive – International to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling international travel packages, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and convert leads into international travel bookings
• Design and promote customized international holiday packages based on client needs
• Provide consultation on travel options, visa processes, and destination information
• Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after their trip
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in international travel sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Sound knowledge of international destinations and travel trends
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of GDS/CRS is a plus

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism diploma/certification preferred)
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in travel industry (international sales focus)
