Map My Tour LLP is a travel and tourism company focused on creating personalized, stress-free travel experiences. We love exploration and aim to transform how people plan their trips. We offer custom tour packages, visa assistance, and sightseeing arrangements for various travelers. Our services include student, family, and group tours, along with specific experiences in places like Ladakh and Andaman. We use AI to generate itineraries and have strong local knowledge to provide tailored travel solutions.


Role Description  

This is a remote, commission-based position for a Travel Sales Executive. The Travel Sales Executive will generate travel leads, connect with potential clients, and sell customized domestic and international tour packages. This role involves promoting our services through digital platforms like calls, WhatsApp, and social media, understanding customer travel needs, and working with the internal team for smooth itinerary planning, bookings, and customer support.


Please note: This is an independent contractor role with no fixed salary. Income is based on performance and fully commission-driven.


Key Responsibilities  

- Generate your own leads through personal contacts, social media, cold calling, and other channels  

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable tour packages  

- Pitch and sell customized travel services, including flights, hotels, and sightseeing  

- Follow up on inquiries, maintain client relationships, and ensure conversions  

- Promote Map My Tour offerings through professional digital communication  

- Coordinate with the operations team to handle bookings and travel arrangements  


Qualifications  

- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills  

- Previous sales experience (preferably in travel, hospitality, or related fields)  

- Understanding of travel documents, itinerary planning, and booking systems  

- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads  

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently from home  

- Familiarity with AI tools for itinerary generation (preferred, not required)  

- A bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields is a plus

Job Type: Commission-based  

Location: Remote (Work from Home Only)  

Compensation: Commission per successful booking (no fixed salary)
