It is essential to maintain accurate and detailed client records using travel software and CRM tool. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding client's travel goals, budgets, and preferences through consultations. - Designing and booking tailored travel itineraries including flights, hotels, tours, and transport. - Providing expert advice on destinations, travel documentations, insurance, and safety protocols. - Maintaining accurate and detailed client records using travel software and CRM tool. Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of experience as a travel consultant or in the travel industry. - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - A passion for travel and knowledge of both popular and off-the-beaten-path destinations. - Customer-first mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
