We Need Experienced Travel Consultants for Sales Of Holiday Packages.

Min 3 Year Holiday Package Sales Experience Required.

Office Timings - 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Role & Responsibilities:-

• Manage and coordinate travel bookings and itineraries for clients.
• Design and present tailor-made itineraries
• Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
• Answer emails and calls from clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their travel plans
• Resolve any issues or disruptions that may arise during travel.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends.
• Ensure timely confirmations, documentation, and pre-departure communication.
• Maintain client profiles, travel preferences, and budgets for repeat business.
• Provide advice on travel documents, visa processes, insurance, and health regulations.
• Handle amendments, cancellations, and refunds as per company and supplier policies.
• Ensure high accuracy in calculations, costing, and invoicing.
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage post-trip feedback.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel sales or a similar role.
• Familiarity with the latest travel trends, including popular vacation locations and activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in travel booking .
• Customer service
• Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
• Budget management

• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills
