We are looking for experienced Travel Consultants with exceptional communication skills and strong expertise in Sabre GDS. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, managing both voice and chat support, and efficiently handling travel bookings for international clients.
• Handle customer queries via voice and chat channels professionally and courteously.
• Manage and process flight, hotel, and travel bookings using Travelport/ Sabre GDS.
• Provide accurate information regarding fares, schedules, policies, and travel guidelines.
• Handle refunds, reissues, cancellations, and other post-booking services efficiently.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve quality and performance goals.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in direct customer handling (voice and chat).
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Travelport/ Sabre GDS.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and week-offs.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering quality service.
