Travel Operations Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities :

Speak to customers and understand their requirements for the trip Full responsibility of working on quotation and booking for trips Represent brand Trip Store while speaking to customers, be courteous over call Ability to convince customers about taking the trip with Trip Store Able to deliver the assigned targets on a weekly/monthly basis Critical thinker and problem solver Destination and Tour Operators Training to upgrade the knowledge.

Requirements :

We are looking for sector specialists in Asia, Europe, Australia & New Zealand, and Africa. Prior experience in Customised operations or as an avid traveller is a bonus. Should have worked on B2B & B2C portals, OTA's and DMC. Strong belief in process and systems Working on MS office, OTA, CRM and reports Multilingualism is an advantage Excellent E-mail, communication and people skills Efficient negotiation and sales skills Up to date with international travel trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,142.52 - ₹59,896.95 per month
