Job Title: Senior Travel Consultant- International and Domestic

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant from the travel industry who can handle international and domestic itineraries, manage client requirements, and deliver seamless travel experiences. The ideal candidate must have strong destination knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and proven expertise in handling end-to-end travel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and customize travel itineraries (International & Domestic) based on client requirements.
• Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing, insurance, and ground arrangements.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, best travel routes, and cost-effective options.
• Manage corporate and leisure travel queries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Handle escalations, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a smooth travel experience.
• Keep up-to-date with travel trends, airline policies, and visa regulations.
• Support junior team members and assist in training where required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
