Position: Operations Executive

Location: Dwarka, Delhi

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role

Education: Degree or Diploma in IHTM (International Hospitality and Tourism Management)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of travel services.
• Handle bookings, reservations, and logistical arrangements efficiently.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
