Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Operation – International and Domestic (B2C) at FINKEDA, located in Gurugram. The candidate will manage travel arrangements, handle both international and domestic bookings, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth travel experiences for clients. Duties include planning and booking business travel, handling inquiries, and coordinating with service providers to deliver outstanding travel management services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in handling Business Travel
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• Ability to work efficiently on-site in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in travel operations is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
