Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Draft engaging advertisement content for tours, treks camps and events
• Assist in running digital ads (Meta, Google portals, WhatsApp campaigns)
• Create posters, captions, basic creatives (with templates/tools)
• Generate, track and manage leads from multiple platforms
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and conversions

Sales Support & Conversion

• First-level interaction with enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email)
• Share itineraries, inclusions and program details with prospects
• Maintain CRM/lead sheets and update conversion status
• Support group formation and booking confirmations

Backend Operations & Event Support

• Assist in documentation, checklists and event preparation
• Coordinate with vendors, guides, hotels and transport partners,
• Maintain participant databases forms
• Support pre-departure and post-event reporting and travel records

Eligibility & Preferred Background

• Students / Fresh Graduates in:

- Travel & Tourism

- Adventure Tourism

- Marketing / Mass Communication

- MBA (Marketing / Operations)

• Interest in travel, outdoors, marketing, and operations
• Basic understanding of social media, MS Excel, Google Workspace
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)

Internship Stipend
