Grace Staffing Services is looking for experienced Travel Experts for a B2B Airline Ticketing Desk (Voice, Email & Chat) role with US Rotational Night Shifts at our Vikhroli, Mumbai branch.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage Airline Ticketing Voice, Email & Chat support for international B2B customers.
• Book, modify, and manage reservations using Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Atlas, Worldspan.
• Handle cancellations, reschedules, ticketing issues, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Airline Ticketing Voice process.
• GDS Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre & Galileo.
• Communication: Excellent spoken & written English.
• Shift Readiness: Comfortable working in US night shifts.
• Availability: Only immediate joiners (0 –30 days) will be considered.
• Documents: All previous employment & experience documents required.
