Job Description

As a Travel & Expenses Executive at our company located in Kharadi, Pune, your role involves managing, auditing, and processing employee travel and expense claims. You will ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards, facilitate timely reimbursements, maintain accurate records, and coordinate effectively with employees, vendors, and finance teams. Key Responsibilities: - Review, verify, and process employee travel and business expense claims according to company policies. - Conduct audits on receipts, supporting documents, and approvals to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Manage travel advances and reconcile them with final expense reports. - Maintain up-to-date and precise employee expense records. Policy Compliance & Controls: - Ensure adherence to travel and expense policies and address any non-compliance issues. - Provide guidance to employees on policy-related queries and exceptions. - Assist in enhancing T&E processes and internal controls. System & Accounting: - Utilize ERP tools (e.g., SAP / Oracle) to process expense reports. - Reconcile expense accounts, employee advances, and credit card statements. - Collaborate with the finance team for T&E-related month-end and year-end closing activities. Vendor & Employee Support: - Communicate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels for invoice reconciliation and issue resolution. - Assist in meeting audit requirements by providing necessary documentation and clarifications. Qualifications & Skills: - ACCA/ Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Experience in ERP systems like SAP / Oracle. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and T&E policies. - Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
