Travel Desk Executive

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Desk Executive with 1-2 years of experience in handling end-to-end travel management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in booking air, train, and bus tickets, hotel reservations, visa processing, and managing all travel-related formalities for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements for employees.
• Handle air, train, and bus ticket bookings through travel portals or agents.
• Manage hotel bookings, guest house accommodations, and cab arrangements as per travel plans.
• Assist with visa documentation, processing, and travel insurance formalities.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and cost-effective travel planning.
• Maintain travel records, itineraries, approvals, and invoices in an organized manner.
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, or rescheduling efficiently.
• Liaise with travel agencies, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a corporate travel desk or travel agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel booking tools and systems.
• Hands-on experience with air, train, and bus ticket booking platforms.
• Proficient in hotel reservation systems and coordinating ground transport.
• Familiar with visa application processes and travel documentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
