Summary:

The Travel Desk Manager will handle travel operations for employees, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and smooth travel arrangements. This includes coordinating with multiple branches, managing vendors, arranging accommodations, and improving overall travel processes. The position demands strong networking, negotiation, and people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Travel Desk team to ensure seamless travel support

Bus & Train ticket bookings

Arrange PG/Guest House/Hotel accommodations for traveling/relocating employees

Liaise with different office locations to coordinate travel requirements

Manage and negotiate with travel agencies, hotels, airlines & transport vendors

last-minute bookings

Monitor, analyze, and report travel expenses; identify cost-saving opportunities

Ensure compliance with travel policies, visa, insurance & regulations

MIS trackers

Handle escalations and provide quick solutions for urgent travel needs

Continuously improve travel processes and enhance employee experience

Knowledge of travel portals, booking systems, and expense tools

610 years of corporate travel management experience

Prior experience managing teams and multi-location travel setups preferred
