This includes coordinating with multiple branches, managing vendors, arranging accommodations, and improving overall travel processes. The position demands strong networking, negotiation, and people-management skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Travel Desk team to ensure seamless travel support Domestic Travel Desk Management (Expertise in Bus & Train ticket bookings ) Arrange PG/Guest House/Hotel accommodations for traveling/relocating employees Liaise with different office locations to coordinate travel requirements Manage and negotiate with travel agencies, hotels, airlines & transport vendors Handle last-minute bookings & bulk bookings Monitor, analyze, and report travel expenses; identify cost-saving opportunities Ensure compliance with travel policies, visa, insurance & regulations Manage MIS trackers and maintain accurate travel records Handle escalations and provide quick solutions for urgent travel needs Continuously improve travel processes and enhance employee experience Skills & Competencies: Excellent vendor management & negotiation skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Leadership & team management experience Strong organizational and multitasking capability Knowledge of travel portals, booking systems, and expense tools 610 years of corporate travel management experience Prior experience managing teams and multi-location travel setups preferred
