The ideal candidate should possess basic knowledge of travel processes and destinations, along with proficiency in MS Excel and general system operations. Strong communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are crucial. Being comfortable with flexible working hours, particularly during peak times, is advantageous.
