We are hiring for VisaProcessingExecutive Position: VisaProcessingExecutive Location: Bengaluru Experience: 2+ years Work Mode: 5 days a week from office Notice Period: Immediate joiners or up to 30 days only Key Responsibilities: Handle business visa processing for US (B1) and non-US (Europe & APAC) countries Guide employees on documentation, DS160 forms, and visa formalities Conduct compliancechecks and travelbriefings Manage immigration systems ( COMPASS ), MIS reports, and record-keeping Address helpdesk queries and coordinate exit clearances Requirements: Bachelors degree in any stream Experience with visa agents, VFS / BLS agencies, or travel / visa consulting Proficient in MSExcel & P owerPoint Strong communication skills and attention to detail Interested Candidate drop your CV : bhoomika.p@idexcel.com / janani.m@idexcel.com
