Job Description

Qualifications:

Diploma, Graduates, Post Graduates 
0-02 years of experience in the hospitality domain.
Professional fluency in English

Responsibilities

Manage reservations and hotel bookings
Handling customer communications professionally
Performing backend optimizations on OTAs
Meticulous attention to detail.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about our holiday homes
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
