Role Description

We are seeking a full time on site Travel Consultant to join our team in Gurugram. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for offering professional, personalised, and end to end travel assistance to clients. Key responsibilities include creating bespoke itineraries, booking travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, tours, and transfers, handling client enquiries, resolving travel issues, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for every traveller. The role also requires staying updated with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations and high quality service.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and itinerary planning
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem solving abilities to handle unexpected travel issues
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively
• Team player with the ability to also work independently
• Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field

Compensation

• Salary: ₹20,000 per month (fixed)
• Commission: Attractive commission structure based on sales
• On Target Earnings (OTE): Up to ₹6,00,000 per year
