Travel Consultant

Job brief
We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our team at TravelBit Holidays Pvt. Ltd. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, and proven record of closing deals.

Responsibilities
1. Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.2. Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.3. Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees4. Enter data into our software and maintain client files5. Plan itineraries that meet clients’ budgets and requests6. Answer emails and calls from clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their travel plans7. Resolve any customer issues or complaints professionally.

Requirements
1. Proven work experience as a Travel Consultant2. Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively3. Good knowledge of domestic and international travel trends4. Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field

Skills
1. Strong communication and sales skills2. Familiarity with the latest travel trends, including popular vacation locations and activities3. Strong organizational and planning skills4. Excellent time management skills5. Understanding of foreign and domestic travel requirements or restrictions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
