Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Kozhikode. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing travel consulting services, and assisting clients with their travel-related needs. The role includes booking reservations, creating personalized travel itineraries, and ensuring excellent customer service to foster long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills to provide a high-quality client experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with visa processes and travel insurance services is a plus
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
