TRAVEL CONSULTANT

As a Travel Holiday Planner, you will be responsible for crafting and selling bespoke travel experiences tailored to meet the diverse needs of high-end clientele. Your deep knowledge of global destinations, luxury travel, and sales expertise will be essential in creating unforgettable itineraries to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell long-haul destinations such as Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and various African countries, along with luxury cruises, with a focus on VIP clients. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel preferences and craft personalized itineraries. - Create bespoke travel plans including air travel, accommodation, sightseeing, and ground transportation arrangements. - Manage a personal sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Handle queue management and ensure accuracy in daily sales reports. - Utilize strategic selling techniques to generate targeted sales and achieve high conversion rates. - Upsell Travelwings" brand offerings and enhance customer experiences through personalized service. Requirements: - 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in sales and management of long-haul destinations. - Strong knowledge of global destinations and world geography. - Previous experience managing GIT & FIT products. - Proven track record in handling luxury destinations and VIP clients. - Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service. - Proficient in negotiation techniques and achieving sales targets. - Motivation to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth.
