Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant with at least 2 years of experience handling international travel bookings and inquiries. This role requires working night shifts to serve clients across different time zones. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional travel support.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange and manage international travel bookings including flights, hotels, transfers, and visas
• Provide expert travel advice based on client preferences, budgets, and global travel conditions
• Modify or cancel bookings per client requests, often on short notice
• Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to process reservations
• Address client concerns and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism
• Stay informed about international travel restrictions, airline policies, and COVID-related regulations
• Coordinate with daytime teams to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of service

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a travel consultant or in a similar customer-facing travel role
• Familiarity with GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or equivalent)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Knowledge of international travel requirements (passports, visas, health protocols)
• Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
