We blend technology with human touch to create unforgettable journeys. Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll help clients plan and book seamless travel experiences while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Understand clients' travel needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable packages. Create and manage travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transport, and tours. Book flights, hotels, travel insurance, visas, and other travel-related services. Stay updated with travel trends, destination updates, airline policies, and visa regulations. Maintain relationships with travel service providers and negotiate competitive rates. Handle client queries and issues before, during, and after trips with a customer-first approach. Requirements: Previous experience in travel consulting, tourism, or hospitality preferred. Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, visa processes, and travel platforms. Familiarity with travel booking tools and GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle time-sensitive bookings. Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): Social media or digital marketing experience for promoting travel packages. Fluency in regional languages (Malayalam, Hindi) and English.
