Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in New Delhi. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, ensuring excellent customer service, and handling reservations. Day-to-day tasks include assisting clients with their travel plans, offering advice and recommendations, booking accommodations and transportation, and addressing any travel-related issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and provide personalized travel solutions
• Knowledge of the travel industry and destinations within India
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
