Job Description - Job Title: Operations Executive – Travel Industry ( Europe Region) What You Will Do: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our travel company and support our sales and operations teams. In this role, you will play a key part in managing travel-related data, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring seamless coordination between teams to achieve our sales and service goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the travel sales funnel, ensuring smooth coordination from inquiry to booking to post-trip feedback. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate traveler and sales data. Streamline and optimize operational processes for itinerary planning, bookings, vendor coordination, and customer follow-ups. Collaborate with sales leadership to prepare sales documentation, cascade plans, and Minutes of Meeting (MoMs). Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, customer trends, and vendor efficiency. Automate repetitive reporting and communication workflows wherever possible to save time and improve accuracy. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely confirmations and high service standards. Who You Are: You have a keen analytical mind paired with a passion for travel and customer experience. Prior experience in a Sales Operations, Travel Operations, or related role within the travel industry. Solid understanding of travel sales cycles, booking platforms, and itinerary creation. Ability to interpret data and suggest improvements to enhance service and sales processes. Proactive and solution-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
