Travel Consultant – Kerala

Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our Kerala-based travel company. You’ll help clients design unforgettable domestic and international trips—handling everything from initial planning and bookings to VIP support on the go. If you have a passion for travel, fluent English, Malayalam, and Hindi, plus a flair for customer service and upselling, this role is tailor-made for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and schedules
• Design and customize itineraries covering flights, hotels, tours, transportation, and activities
• Manage bookings end-to-end—including flights, lodging, visas, insurance, and rentals
• Keep clients informed on visa requirements, travel advisories, insurance options, customs, local conditions, and cancellation policies
• Handle payments, deposits, invoicing and maintain accurate electronic client and financial records
• Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and regulatory changes to offer current, relevant advice
• Deliver exceptional client support—resolving issues during booking or travel and improving satisfaction
• Promote additional services (e.g., upgrades, insurance, guided tours) to boost revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and local partners

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Travel planning: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
