As a Travel Consultant at our Kerala-based travel company, you will play a key role in helping clients create memorable domestic and international trips. Your responsibilities will include consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and schedules. You will design and customize itineraries covering flights, hotels, tours, transportation, and activities. Managing bookings end-to-end, including flights, lodging, visas, insurance, and rentals will be a crucial part of your role. It will be essential for you to keep clients informed on visa requirements, travel advisories, insurance options, customs, local conditions, and cancellation policies. Staying updated on travel trends, new destinations, and regulatory changes will enable you to provide current and relevant advice to clients. You will be expected to deliver exceptional client support, resolving issues during booking or travel, and working towards improving client satisfaction.
