About the Role

Holiday Package Consultants

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and provide complete holiday package solutions for

    US, UK & Europe destinations

    .
  • Design, customize, and sell international travel itineraries.
  • Provide accurate information on flights, hotels, visas, and destination activities.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Manage end-to-end bookings, from inquiry to confirmation.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff (for Manager-level positions).

Requirements:

  • 1–10 years of experience

    in holiday/travel sales.
  • Prior experience in

    international packages – US, UK, Europe is mandatory

    .
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a

    target-driven environment

    .
  • Comfortable working in

    night shifts

    .
