Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Chennai. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and arranging travel itineraries, handling reservations, and conducting travel management tasks. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with travel-related requirements, and maintaining client satisfaction through seamless execution of travel plans.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and handling Travel Arrangements.
• Experience with booking and managing Reservations for flights, accommodations, and other travel services.
• Strong Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with clients and address their travel needs.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure smooth travel coordination.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Knowledge of travel industry trends, tools, and platforms is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
