This role is about making sure AI behaves like a real support expert — not a chatbot guessing its way through reservations.

What You’ll Work On

travel & hospitality customer support workflows

• Reservations, modifications, and cancellations
• Guest communication and service recovery
• Multilingual support scenarios
• Host–guest coordination (for rentals & tours)
• Industry-standard policies and escalation logic

Ensure realism, internal consistency, and operational accuracy

Who We’re Looking For

You’ve worked inside travel or hospitality support operations and understand how things actually run behind the scenes.

Ideal backgrounds include:

• Guest Services Manager (Hospitality)
• Customer Support Lead – Travel & Bookings
• Reservation Operations Manager
• Guest Experience Coordinator with multilingual support experience

You should be comfortable validating:

• Booking workflows and edge cases
• Guest-facing policies and exceptions
• Multilingual request handling
• Service recovery logic under pressure

✨ Nice to Have (Not a Dealbreaker)

• Experience with

  Genesys

  or similar contact center / CRM platforms
• Exposure to large-scale, multi-region support operations
