Role & responsibilities Manage travel and corporate card mailbox's which includes responding to inquiries regarding management tools, travel or corporate card issues Manage high-volume travel and corporate card issues, respond timely with a high degree of customer service, applying a sense of urgency, when required Interact with all levels of key personnel across the firm, in a customer service capacity, and/or to obtain information necessary to complete responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve employee issues within Concur and Amex Investigate unidentified charges on individual or corporate meeting cards Update T&M Canvas pages as needed Monitor credit card refund and meeting request forms Distributing customized emails monthly Communicate with employees on corporate card refund status Provide new meeting card information to card owner Skills : Knowledge of business, financial and general administrative processes in a business setting, and theory of generally accepted accounting principles Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, with advanced Excel skills Highly organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion Excellent customer service skills Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
