Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Agent located in Chandigarh, India. The Travel Agent will be responsible for handling travel arrangements, including reservations, air ticketing, hotel bookings, and car rentals. They will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with bookings and travel plans. The Travel Agent will also engage in sales activities to promote our travel packages and services.

Qualifications

• Skills in Reservations, Travel Arrangements, and Car Rental
• Proficiency in Customer Service
• Experience in Sales and promoting travel packages
• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Knowledge of travel industry regulations and policies
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field, preferred but not essential
