Travel Agent

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing travel company. Freshers are welcome to apply; however, candidates with prior experience in the travel industry will be given first priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle travel inquiries from clients via call, WhatsApp, and email
• Create customized travel itineraries as per client requirements
• Coordinate hotel bookings, transport, and tour services
• Follow up with clients and ensure timely confirmations
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records
• Provide professional customer support before and after travel

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
• Experience:
• Freshers are welcome
• Experienced travel professionals will be preferred
• Language: Must have good command of spoken and written English
• Technical Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, WhatsApp, Internet)
• Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Passion for travel and tourism
