As a Travel Consultant in the First Line support team, you will be the initial point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible assistance regarding their travel needs. Your primary responsibilities include: Handling incoming inquiries from customers via phone and email Ensuring a positive customer experience during every interaction Providing information about our services including flights, hotels, and car rentals Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively Collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality and support processes Requirements: Looking for Freshers with...... Education: Completed 12th grade or equivalent; higher education is a plus. Interest in Travel: A passion for the travel industry is essential; prior experience is not required. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Problem-Solving: Willingness to learn strong problem-solving skills and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail: A detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset. Teamwork: Ability to work well as part of a team. Flexibility: Open to working rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
