Job Type: Full-Time, Australian Process- 4:30am - 1:30pm (IST)

New zealand Process- 1:00 am- 10:00am (IST)

International Travel Sales process: - We are seeking highly motivated and skilled sales executives for a leading International Air ticketing sales process. The job responsibility will be taking inbound calls, converting the leads into sales, and providing outstanding customer service to international air travelers.

We currently have 3 international inbound calling processes, Namely - Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom.

Vacancies: 10 to 15

Age limit: 18-28 years

Key Responsibilities:

Ticketing: Book airline tickets for international flights.

Client Consultation: Understanding client preferences and provide tailored travel recommendations.

Fare Research: Analyze airfares to offer the best options available.

Customer Service: Address inquiries and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications: Any Diploma/Graduates/Undergraduates

Compensation- 20000-25000 + Incentives 3000-30000 per month = cab facility within 10km radius

Skills: Strong communication skills - both oral and written (in English and Hindi, speaking abilities in Punjabi fluently will be an added advantage), customer service, and organizational abilities.
