Malnad Stays offers hand-picked homestays in Karnataka, providing guests with unforgettable experiences amid breathtaking natural landscapes such as valleys, hills, mountains, and waterfalls. Our prominent homestays are located in popular destinations like Chikmagalur, Gokarna, Udupi, Mangalore, Coorg, and more. We are dedicated to creating a memorable adventure for our guests by selecting exclusive and enchanting locations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Advisor located in Bengaluru. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. Day-to-day tasks include providing detailed travel information, making reservations, offering travel advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Travel Advisor will work closely with clients to create unique travel experiences at our homestays.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication skills
Experience in Travel Arrangements and working with a Travel Agency
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized service
Knowledge of Karnataka's tourist destinations is a plus
Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or related field
