Travel Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Travel Advisor to assist clients in planning and booking their travel experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a thorough knowledge of travel destinations and services, and a flair for delivering unforgettable client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine their travel preferences, budgets, and needs
• Research, plan, and book domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, cruises, car rentals, tours, travel insurance, etc.)
• Provide expert advice on destinations, cultures, weather, and activities
• Ensure compliance with travel regulations, visa requirements, and health advisories
• Offer personalized recommendations and create custom travel itineraries
• Handle changes, cancellations, or emergencies during travel with prompt solutions
• Maintain client records and travel documentation accurately
• Upsell travel products and services where appropriate
• Keep up-to-date with travel industry trends, new destinations, and travel technologies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Travel Advisor, Agent, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
• Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) is a plus
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Passion for travel and a desire to help others explore the world

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Freshers and Experienced can apply

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
