As a Travel Advisor for International Holidays at Miles and Memories in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable journeys for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding client travel preferences and crafting personalized international holiday packages. - Planning and coordinating itineraries, flights, accommodations, and activities for destinations worldwide. - Providing expert advice on destinations, visas, travel insurance, and other travel requirements. - Communicating effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings. - Negotiating and coordinating with suppliers, hotels, and airlines to ensure the best rates and services. - Achieving monthly sales targets and ensuring high client satisfaction levels. - Staying updated on global travel trends, destination knowledge, and industry developments. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably handling international holiday packages. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati. - Proven sales ability and customer service orientation. - Knowledge of popular international destinations, flight bookings, and travel documentation. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic travel software/booking platforms. - Ability to work independently and in a team.
