Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Manager – Holidays to oversee and grow our leisure travel division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing holiday packages, managing customer bookings, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and promote domestic and international holiday packages (FIT/GIT).
• Handle customer inquiries and provide end-to-end holiday planning support.
• Negotiate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, and other travel service providers to secure competitive rates and value-added services.
• Monitor booking trends, seasonal patterns, and emerging destinations to create attractive offerings.
• Ensure smooth coordination of all travel logistics including visas, transfers, travel insurance, and itineraries.
• Train and manage a team of holiday consultants (if applicable).
• Handle escalations and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on travel advisories, safety protocols, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience in leisure travel/holiday packages.
• In-depth knowledge of global holiday destinations, travel products, and suppliers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per year
