Key Responsibilities: · Need to Source the Commercial vehicles and Drivers from the Market · Handling Last mile and mid mile operations · Manage and optimize the supply chain and logistics operations. · Oversee vendor management and develop strong relationships with Vehicles owners and Drivers Ensure timely placing the vehicles and delivery of goods on Time Coordinate logistics and transportation to optimize efficiency and costs. Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and implement solutions to improve processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Proven experience in logistics operations and Commercial vehicle Transportation Strong understanding of vendor management and procurement processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize logistics processes. Solid knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics technology. Ability to use data and metrics to drive logistics and supply chain improvements. Effective communication and negotiation abilities for vendor relationships. Proficient in using logistics software and MS Office applications. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong leadership and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
