Transportation Sales Representative

At D S P Trucking Inc, we are a fast-growing freight and logistics company specializing in over-the-road (OTR), LTL, and FTL transportation services across North America. With a strong carrier network and customer-first mindset, we deliver top-tier logistics solutions to businesses nationwide. This is a night shift position, with working hours from 5:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.

We are currently seeking a Transportation Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help us grow our client base in the competitive trucking market.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in freight, trucking, and logistics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, manufacturers, and distributors
• Negotiate rates and contracts with clients
• Work closely with dispatch and operations to ensure timely and efficient freight movement
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales activity reports

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience in transportation, logistics, or trucking (required)
• Strong understanding of freight operations, rates, and industry practices
• Proven track record in B2B sales or freight brokerage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
