Job Description

Greeting from Jeena & Co !!

We are looking to hire Transport Tracking Executive with 3+ years of experience into Similar roles for Bhiwandi Location

Role & responsibilities

1.Strong knowledge of the courier, express, and Part Truck Load (PTL) industry.

2. Coordinate with courier service partners and pickup teams to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.

3. Prepare and submit accurate MIS reports for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

4. Hands-on experience with TMS (Transport Management Systems) and related logistics software.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook for day-to-day operations and reporting.

6. Maintain effective coordination with Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs) of service partners for issue resolution and performance tracking.

7. Directly communicate and coordinate with customers to provide shipment updates, resolve queries, and ensure service satisfaction.

8. Monitor daily shipment tracking, identify delays or discrepancies, and take corrective actions promptly.

9. Escalate operational issues to the concerned team or management for quick resolution.

10. Maintain records of dispatches, deliveries, and exceptions for audit and compliance purposes.

11. Assist in vendor performance evaluation by tracking service levels, turnaround times, and customer feedback.

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

Location: Bhawale-Bhiwandi.

Salary: As per industry standards.

Industry: contract logistics, warehousing, or 3PL companies.
