Plan the day according to the Preventive maintenance Sheet. • Make sure the customer is informed ahead about the service visit. • In case of spares requirement, refer the ‘Master Spares Sheet’ and inform the availability the of the spare to the customer. • Make sure all the maintenance that are listed in the PM sheet are covered for the day. • In case of identification of any issues during the maintenance check, inform it to the Service Co-ordinator with out any delay. • Make sure on completing the maintenance check, the CRM is updated. • Establish proper communication between the customer and the CS-Team. • In case of delay and absence ensure the customer is informed well in advance and find a proper substitute is given. • During emergency situation assistance must be extended to the service and installation team as per the request form the service co-ordinator.
