Transport Co Ordinator vacancies for MNC IT Company Job description: The Transport Coordinator is responsible for the management and coordination of the corporate Bus service, Taxi service, ensuring efficient and timely transportation for employees. This role involves scheduling, overseeing service quality, managing relationships with cab providers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Job roles: Having experience in SAP, MoveIn Sync application along working in corporate transport Ensuring with all the Supervisor & Vehicle drivers on time reporting to 1st Pick up point. Addressing mails and login reports or concerns raised by associate and helpdesk complaints Prepare MIS report.- Approval of taxi trips in online tool Co-ordinate with stake holder and close the requirements. Monitoring Command center and CC Ensure proper deductions and penalties are reviewed periodically & action taken accordingly Connecting with vendors and Purchase team ensure the payments are cleared on time.
