Job Title: Mandarin Language Customer Support Executive / Travel Support Translator Job Location: Santacruz, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are hiring a Mandarin-speaking Customer Support Executive / Translator based in Santacruz, Mumbai to support both: International travelers (from India or other non-Chinese speaking countries) visiting China, and Travelers from China visiting other countries. The role involves acting as a communication bridge, offering translation and travel assistance, and resolving language-related challenges through phone, chat, or remote support. Key Responsibilities: Provide real-time Mandarin–English translation support. Offer Mandarin-to- language translation (English as needed). General Responsibilities: Provide telephonic, chat, and remote assistance to resolve customer issues. Maintain detailed logs of customer queries and case resolutions. Coordinate with international hotels, hospitals, authorities, and vendors. Ensure professional, prompt, and accurate communication at all times. Mandatory Skill Requirements: Must be able to Speak, Read & Write Mandarin fluently. Good command over English and/or Hindi. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally. Basic computer proficiency (Emails, WhatsApp, MS Excel, CRM tool
